Mambo Miles 5K Run/Walk
Heat up for summer excitement at the Mi Cocina Mambo Miles 5K! On August 8, 2026, let’s toast to the annual run, walk and celebration of this legendary margarita at beautiful Klyde Warren Park. This isn't just any run; it's a fiesta on the move! Participants will journey through the scenic sites of Dallas and be rewarded at the finish line with that color changing Mambo Miles finisher medal, and cheer with the signature Mambo Taxi margarita. The excitement doesn’t stop there; and the celebration continues with an after-party on the lawn featuring music to keep you grooving to the Mambo beat. Plus, a legendary tequila garden, food trucks, and photo ops that will make you the salsa sensation on social media, everyone dancing the Mambo!
The 5K Run/Walk registration scores you a commemorative shirt, finisher medal, a legendary Mambo Taxi Margarita and access to the Tequila Garden.

Age Group Awards
Age group awards for the 5K will be given to the top overall male, top overall female, top masters male, top masters female, and the top three finishers (based on chip time) male & female in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and better.
